Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. To honor our time and yours, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the booking deposit.
I do recognize life happens and certainly there can be an exception to the 48 hour notice policy, I ask that you reach out to me in these situations so we can reach a mutual agreement.
A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability.

No Shows
If you do not arrive for your appointment and fail to notify us, a 100% service fee will be charged.

Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Refund Policy

When you book a spray tanning or body sculpting service, you are reserving the artist’s time, expertise, and professional experience. Once a service is performed, that time and skill cannot be recovered. Every tan or body sculpting session is customized and applied with care, and the value of the service lies not only in the product, but in the years of training, artistry, and attention provided during your appointment.

Because of this, I do not offer refunds for completed services. However, client satisfaction is very important to me—should any issues arise, I am happy to review them and, if necessary, offer a respray or credit at my discretion.

Body sculpting packages are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the cumulative nature of treatment. Results require consistency and proper session spacing (minimum 72 hours apart).

Failure to follow recommended guidelines or complete sessions within the advised timeframe does not qualify for a refund. In the event of a medical condition preventing continuation, remaining sessions may be converted to account credit with appropriate documentation at management discretion.

By purchasing a package, clients acknowledge that body sculpting is a non-weight-loss aesthetic service and that individual results will vary.
