Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
I do recognize life happens and certainly there can be an exception to the 48 hour notice policy, I ask that you reach out to me in these situations so we can reach a mutual agreement.
A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability.

Refund Policy

When you book a spray tanning service, you are reserving the artist’s time, expertise, and professional experience. Once a service is performed, that time and skill cannot be recovered. Every tan is customized and applied with care, and the value of the service lies not only in the product, but in the years of training, artistry, and attention provided during your appointment.

Because of this, I do not offer refunds for completed services. However, client satisfaction is very important to me—should any issues arise, I am happy to review them and, if necessary, offer a respray or credit at my discretion
